Returns and Refunds

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, tights cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return. Email us at luxeclofashion@gmail.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Please keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

Return postage. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will cover reasonable return costs.

Your legal rights. Our 14 day return policy reflects your right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. EU customers have an equivalent 14 day cooling off right. Once you have told us you are returning an item, please send it back within 14 days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty.

Damages and issues. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away at luxeclofashion@gmail.com with photos and your order number if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund, including postage.

Exchanges. The fastest route is to return the item you have and place a new order for the size or colour you want once your return is accepted.

Refunds. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Banks can take a few extra days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at luxeclofashion@gmail.com.
