Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with tracked delivery.

United Kingdom
Standard delivery: £2.99, estimated 4 to 6 working days
Express delivery: £5.99, estimated 2 to 3 working days

United Arab Emirates
Standard delivery: £2.99, estimated 2 to 4 working days
Express delivery: £5.99, estimated 1 to 2 working days

Processing. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the order date.

Delays. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at luxeclofashion@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.

Customs and import charges. Orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates. Where import taxes or duties apply in your country, these are shown or included at checkout where indicated; if any additional charge is requested on delivery that you were not shown at checkout, contact us before paying and we will resolve it.

Order changes. We are unable to change delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched, so please check your address carefully at checkout.
